Like many immigrants, we started from scratch — no good English, no connections, and no clear plan. But we had what no one could take away: a strong work ethic, a passion for order, and real business experience. Back home in Russia, we both had university degrees and an entrepreneurial background. Over time, trust turned into reputation, reputation turned into loyal clients, and with time we built a strong team.
